This is an entirely team member-funded program designed to assist team members in a time of tragedy or crisis.

AMP (Advanced Restaurant Management Training Program) Honors Recognition and Reward
This rewards and recognizes AMP participants who complete training in the top 10% of graduates.

Bonus Program
Senior Managers, Assistant General Managers, General Managers, Assistant Executive Kitchen Managers, and Executive Kitchen Managers are eligible for a performance-based quarterly cash bonus program that balances restauranteuring metrics with key financial measures.

Stock Ownership Program
This offers real ownership for restaurant General Managers and Executive Kitchen Managers in the form of stock awards.

Management Referral Bonuses
For each successful management referral, eligible team members can earn up to $2000.

Top Performers Club
Top performing General Managers and Executive Kitchen Managers are invited to join our prestigious Top Performers Club. Benefits include a company leased Audi A3 and an annual all expense paid trip with your significant other for General Managers, incremental cash incentives for Executive Kitchen Managers and additional paid time off for both General Managers and Executive Kitchen Managers. Additionally, General Managers who are members of the Top Performers Club are eligible for consideration as a Managing Director candidate in their region.

Hourly Restaurant Team Members

New team members and eligible dependents are eligible to enroll in our insurance programs if:

  • They have been designated as a full-time team member (e.g., one expected to work over 30 hours a week) by their General Manager at the time of hire after a 60-day waiting period; or
  • They have worked an average of at least 30 hours per week during the first six months of their employment, measured from the first day of the month following their hire date through 6 months (we’re calling this a Individual Measurement Period); or
  • They have worked an average of at least 30 hours per week during a specified six-month look-back period (we’re calling this a Company Measurement Period).

Vacation
Hourly restaurant team members who have been employed for a designated waiting period accrue vacation during each pay period in which they work at least 64 hours.
